At Sharm Desert Dreams, we work closely with local service providers in Sharm El Sheikh to deliver high-quality activity experiences, including quad biking, water sports, and excursions. To secure your booking and ensure availability, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity time.

• Cancellations made before this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will result in the payment being non-refundable.

• Failure to attend the activity (no-show) will also result in the loss of the payment made or a partial refund can be organised.

Amendments

• Requests to change booking dates or activities are subject to availability.

• Amendments made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated where possible at no additional cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In the event that an activity is cancelled by us or our local partners due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

  • An alternative date or activity, or

  • A full refund of the payment
